Asif Azerelli Honored Artist of Azerbaijan
Born in the village of Ugurbeyli, Barda District in 1946 1971- graduated from the Azim Azimzadeh Azerbaijan Art College 1972 – üinner of the All-Union Painting Competition 1976 – laureate of the second degree of the USSR Academy of Arts 1980 – graduated from the Academy of Arts in Tbilisi, Georgia Since 1980 – member of the Union of Artists of the USSR
Since 1972 up to nowadays, actively participates in the different international exhibitions, festivals and symposiums.

The artist's works are kept in private collections in many countries of the world, in the collections of the Union of Artists of Azerbaijan, in the collections of the Museums of the Azerbaijan Art Museum, in the collections of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of Azerbaijan.
