“Dance of the Wind” 1st International Kite Festival
Only for two days, August 26 and 27, Baku, the City of Winds, will become a stage for a beautiful performance featuring the release of kites colorized by famous artists from Latvia, Mongolia, Denmark, Ukraine, Lithuania, Finland and Azerbaijan. Kites of various shapes, dimensions and drawings will create a multicolored palette in the sky, giving spectators the gift of unforgettable experience.
