In his distinctive style of painting, the artist echoes the national culture, characterized by a fine sense of color of proportion in the pursuit of life-affirming, buoyant colors and artistic sophistication of language, metaphors and symbolic representation.
The painting of Sattar Bahlulzadeh is like the ancient architecture, carpet design, poetry and mugham of the Azerbaijani people. It is timeless and transcends geographical and national boundaries. Thus, it belongs to all humanity.
